Building Autonomy, Funding Hope

The Yasmine Rohingya Initiative

A Global Template for Industrial Sovereignty

Rohingya Initiative

Mission

To transition one million people from aid-dependency to Industrial Sovereignty. By deploying portable cities and economic engines, we transform displaced populations into certified industrial and intellectual professionals.

Implementation Roadmap

Phase 1: Stabilization & Rapid Sheltering

Priority: Immediate dignity and protection.

Sheltering

  • Emergency Sheltering: Deploy the YASMINE "Flex-Unit"—a steel-framed, insulated panel system that can be set up in 4 hours.
  • Modular Mobility: Units can be re-folded for transport if the community relocates.
  • Life Support: Install atmospheric water harvesters and basic filtration for clean water.
  • Nutritional Security: Partner with MWL (Mercy Without Limits) to provide emergency food supply.

Phase 2: Power, Water & Civil Infrastructure

Deploy technical grids to power industry and schools.

Infrastructure

  • Household Solar: Each home gets a 1.2kW solar array with battery storage.
  • Industrial Grid: Large-scale solar and wind power the YASMINE Industrial Hubs for 24/7 operation.
  • Water & Waste: Build advanced water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Immediate Education: Open schools (ages 3–17) using external teachers while training local staff.

Phase 3: The YASMINE Academy & Knowledge City

Focus on professional development and local leadership.

Academy

  • Teacher Training: A certification program trains residents to become teachers.
  • Vocational Training: Partner with MWL to open 30 skill centers for trades like welding and carpentry.
  • Professional Tracks: Partner with INARA to train nurses, dietitians, programmers, and technicians.
  • Digital Access: Provide 15,000 connected learning tablets per month.
