The Yasmine Rohingya Initiative
A Global Template for Industrial Sovereignty

Mission
To transition one million people from aid-dependency to Industrial Sovereignty. By deploying portable cities and economic engines, we transform displaced populations into certified industrial and intellectual professionals.
Implementation Roadmap

Priority: Immediate dignity and protection.

- Emergency Sheltering: Deploy the YASMINE "Flex-Unit"—a steel-framed, insulated panel system that can be set up in 4 hours.
- Modular Mobility: Units can be re-folded for transport if the community relocates.
- Life Support: Install atmospheric water harvesters and basic filtration for clean water.
- Nutritional Security: Partner with MWL (Mercy Without Limits) to provide emergency food supply.
Phase 2: Power, Water & Civil Infrastructure
Deploy technical grids to power industry and schools.

- Household Solar: Each home gets a 1.2kW solar array with battery storage.
- Industrial Grid: Large-scale solar and wind power the YASMINE Industrial Hubs for 24/7 operation.
- Water & Waste: Build advanced water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Immediate Education: Open schools (ages 3–17) using external teachers while training local staff.
Phase 3: The YASMINE Academy & Knowledge City
