Yasmine Foundation (YCR) is currently in its Launch Phase. While our physical sites are being prepared, our impact framework is already built. We don't just measure "charity"; we measure the creation of a self-sustaining economy.

Our primary goal is to reach a "Tipping Point" where the community no longer requires external funding. We will track:

• Operational Self-Sufficiency: The percentage of school and housing costs covered by the profits from our Green Energy and Agricultural units.

• Local Wealth Generation: Total revenue generated by community-led service trades (Bakers, Tailors, Electricians).

2. Educational & Professional Growth

We track the journey from student to master professional:

• Certification Rate: Number of students (3–17) completing their academic cycles.

• Mastery Level: Number of adults achieving master-level certification in Computer Science, Medical Care, and Industrial Trades.

• Direct Employment: The number of graduates hired directly into YCR’s internal industrial ecosystem.

3. Environmental Regeneration

Impact you can see from space:

• Water Security: Liters of water captured daily via Warka Tower technology.

• Soil Recovery: Square meters of desertified land restored to high-yield arability through Biochar application.

• Carbon Sequestration: Total tons of CO2 permanently stored in the soil through our green industrial processes.
