Our Path to Community Autonomy
The Yasmine Foundation (YCR) follows a structured 4-phase deployment strategy. Each phase is designed to build upon the last, moving from immediate life-saving interventions to the creation of a permanent, wealth-generating "Knowledge and Skills City."
Phase 1: Foundation & Seed Capital (Current Phase)
-
Infrastructure Design: Finalizing the engineering plans for modular emergency housing and the "Green Energy" industrial hubs.
-
Strategic Partnerships: Securing technical agreements for Warka Tower deployment and Biochar production systems.
-
Fundraising: Consolidating the initial $100\%$ private seed capital required to break ground on the first community site.
-
Legal & Logistics: Establishing the administrative framework for our schools and medical training centers.
Phase 2: Emergency Response & Primary Infrastructure
-
Housing Deployment: Construction of the first modular housing units to provide immediate safety and dignity for families.
-
Vital Resources: Installation of the first Warka Water Towers and/or water filtration systems to ensure a consistent supply of clean drinking water.
-
The First School: Opening the Early Childhood (Ages 3–6) and Primary School (Ages 7–11) to stabilize the lives of the community's youth.
-
Site Preparation: Clearing land for the first regenerative agricultural zones using Biochar technology.
Phase 3: Industrial Integration & Skills Launch
-
Green Tech Units: Launching the Biochar pyrolyzers and the Waste-to-Fuel industrial centers.
-
Vocational Training: Opening the "Knowledge City" Training Centers for Industrial, Construction, and Service trades (Welders, Bakers, Tailors, etc.).
-
Professional Certification: Starting the first master-level courses in Computer Science, Medical Care, and Electronics.
-
Local Employment: Integrating the first wave of adult apprentices into the foundation's industrial operations.
Phase 4: Full Economic Autonomy
-
Profit Reinvestment: The Green Energy and Agricultural sectors begin generating surplus wealth.
-
Scaling the Ecosystem: Using industrial profits to fund 100% of school operations and medical care, removing the need for external donations.
-
Market Expansion: Supporting local entrepreneurs (graduates of the service and craft trades) in opening independent businesses.
-
Community Ownership: Transitioning the management of the industrial assets to the trained local professionals and teachers.
